specialised palliative care and support to patients with severe
and progressive disease, usually cancer, where curative treatment

April 2006 Charity Walk
In aid of
St John's
Hospice Clatterbridge Wirral.
Twelve men walked from Milngavie in Glasgow
to
Fort
William
in the
Highlands
in
memory of Ray
Brown.
The group comprised
of relatives & friends
and completed the
95 miles
in 5 nights/6 days.
.
Ray
was a
Birkenhead
lad,
born & bred,
who had a great love for walking in the
Scottish Highlands.
It’s a testament of his enthusiasm and
encouragement to others that so many people are taking part this year.

The hospice treated their friend and fellow hill walker Ray
Brown (Andy Rundell's brother in law )
who died
last year.
Ray was never far from their thoughts as they trudged through the bracken
& heather ........ |
