We were invited along to entertain and help raise funds by staging a
concert in the village hall. Ian Robb, our fiddle player, is well known in these parts and we were only to happy to come along and take part in the fund raising event for the RNLI. |
|
 Around 2pm two lifeboats sailed into Carrdale harbour, our local Campbeltown boat was accompanied by the smaller Isle of Man boat. Whilst the locals sold raffles, ice-cream and bric brac, the crews opened the boats for the public to see inside them .........very impressive they were to. |
