for a civic reception to receive along with other recipients the Provost's Community Service Award

That the Parliament congratulates the folk band, PiggeryBrae, on being awarded South Lanarkshire Council’s Community Service Award for 2011; understands that PiggeryBrae donates all of the money raised in the events in which it performs to charity, most recently to the Scottish Poppy Appeal and Macmillan Cancer Support; recognises that the band has donated to well over 30 different causes, seeking to improve the lives of many, and further wishes PiggeryBrae well going forward.
