(webmaisters Mother)

Extract from e-mail Mar 2005,  Helen F. Martin ( nee Pritchard ), New York, USA
............... Both Shamie and I saw the picture of your mom on your site. Shamie does not use the computer at all, but when he saw Nessie's picture, it did bring back memories. He felt quite sad to hear that she had passed on. He said to let you know, that there was a group of teenagers who were all friends, and spent there time around Tobago Street , and the Arcadia cinema. that must have been around 1948 or 1949. He remembers your mom as being a lovely and happy girl, always with a smile. I myself never new her personally, but I knew her by sight. I used to see her by the close in Baltic Street when I was going home from work. She was very pretty.
Both Shamie and myself send you our condolences, I know you must miss her something awful.
Kindest Regards to you and yours.
Glesga Pal, Norrie, Hi Webmaister nice photo, there is never a good age to die but 64 is too young.
Glesga Pal, Carlin, .....What beautiful hair your Mother had Webmaister, that was the first thing that struck me - my sister had hair like that and it was rich auburn and naturally curly too. No fancy shampoos in those days, or electric hairdryers etc. What colour was your Mother's hair?
                                                                                                        (lovely jet black hair)
