We believe this is when the Secretary of Lodge Burnside 1361 Bro. William Barr was moving to England and the Lodge presented him with an apron.   Possible location is the Co-operative Tearooms in Rutherglen.
Bro Jimmy Annand is presenting the gift, we can assume he is RWM which would date this picture as 1935.
