This outing which was organised by Bobby Rough. We were a mix of anglers, non-anglers and serious anglers! For instance I turned up with my penny-whistle, some sandwiches and a few beers! Our serious angler Stuart Renfrew, however, turned up like JR Hartley. With flies on his lapel and as you can see from the photo flies all over his bunnet! Aye it was a great day. We had boats in the loch and some of us fishing from the banks, it was smashing. We finished up in a pub in Rothesay where prizes were handed out, a wee sing-song ensued then onto the ferry. Nice to see at least one fish was caught..  Heaviest fish caught by Stuart Renfrew |
