 photo taken 03Aug 2008 Sadly as the years went by Neil's eyesight deteriorated and he became blind. 
He still attended his meetings at '1361' and '114' right up to the year 2011 and then unfortunately his health deteriorated.   Bro.Neil McNeil PM died on 28th August 2012.

Lovely service on 4th Sept anyone who was there would have been moved by the wonderful turnout.
Neil was a Mason who attended many lodges and that was evident by the turnout, there were Masons from, Perth, Stirling, Grangemouth indeed throughout Scotland all paying their last respects to a friend and brother. Mason, Royal Arch, Perceptory, Rose Croix, etc etc etc............ Bro.McNeil's PM jewel was returned to the lodge and presented to myself Bro.Will McArthur on my installation night on 20th Dec. 2012, which I now wear with great pride.
